Orders

FREE shipping but may be subject to additional taxes & duties when crossing the border. Most orders to USA, CA, EU, UK and Australia will arrive between 7-14 business days, this exclude our processing time.

Returns

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 5 days of  receipt of your purchase in order to arrange a return. Returns may be subject to additional shipping in order to return the purchase.

If for any reason we cannot accept your order or anticipate a delay in delivery, we will contact you.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will email you confirmation after your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive an email within 7 days from purchase please contact us, make sure that you have provided us with correct email address.

We recommend login in and checking your registered email address.
Spam filters in your email program may also block this type of email. Please check your junk mail folders.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you do not receive your goods within 45 working days, please contact us.

Please note, most of international delivery services do not consider items to be lost until 45 days have elapsed.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have reviewed the damaged goods we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full. Please note we take no responsibility for postal damage occurred by postal delivery service, we make sure all items are checked and packed appropriately before dispatched.  All products are quality checked prior the dispatch.

How will my order be sent?

Most orders are send by USPS or EPacket see below. You can track your parcels using our tracking service which will be provided in our shipping notification email. Please note some parcels may need signature.

Additional Taxes or duties?

Please note, some countries may require payment of tax on imports, all taxes and duties are additional cost paid by you. EU member country require VAT and IOSS from 1 July 2021. EU customers are responsible for any additional VAT or Customs fees required by their country.
